Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read/write instructions.
• CPR certification required; state/federal training compliance.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.

• Provide medication reminders and monitor patient condition.
• Maintain documentation and report changes to supervisor.
