Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be required for some clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement day-to-day Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support to clients.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and stimulation to clients.
• Observe clients’ physical and emotional status and report changes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Skills

Compassionate attitude towards sick care

Education

Current licensure/certification with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
