Job summary

Active Day in Louisville, KY seeks Personal Care Aides to support clients with daily living, health monitoring, and transportation as needed. You will lead by example, remain positive, and promote safety and well-being for members and their caregivers.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, light housework, meal prep, observing health changes, running errands, and documenting observations with kindness and professionalism. A high school diploma and C.N.A preferred are expected.

• Able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides support and assistance for members with activities of daily living and personal care as needed (e.g. arrival and departure, eating, ambulation, transferring, therapies, rest room assistance, etc.).
• Provide home support and assists in maintaining a healthy environment by performing light cleaning, laundry, shopping and home safety tasks.
