Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and attention to client needs.
• Valid HHA/PCA certification and BLS/First Aid & CPR certification.
• TB screening/PPD and background check as required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks per Clients Care Plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Provide companionship and monitor client wellbeing.
• Communicate observations to the supervisor and maintain client relationships.
