Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and medication reminders in the home setting.

The PCA will also perform light housekeeping, help with meals, provide transportation to medical appointments, monitor changes in health or behavior, and ensure a safe, dignified environment while delivering dependable, person‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Comply with CareBuilders at Home policies and procedures.
• Proven work experience as a personal care aide.
• Training in personal care aide duties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming and medication reminders.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, dishwashing, and changing bed linens.
• Transporting and accompanying clients to doctors office or to hospital.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment.
• Plan and prepare meals.
