Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Empathy, patience, and compassion for individuals requiring personal care assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift or assist with transferring clients when necessary.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or residential facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide support with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medication reminders and monitoring.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings.
• Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
