Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to assist clients with daily activities and personal tasks in their homes. You will help with bathing, feeding, grooming, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, meal preparation, and exercise support while ensuring client safety and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• Comply with CareBuilders at Home policies and procedures.
• Proven work experience as a personal care aide.
• Training in personal care aide duties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming and medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, dishwashing, and changing bed linens
• Transporting and accompanying clients to doctors office or to hospital
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needsEndure client safety and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with client’s exercise and outdoor activities
