Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• In-state personal care training to meet state requirements.
• State registration or certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Follows service plan for the client.
• Aids with activities of daily living and light household tasks.
• Provides companionship and monitors safety.
• Completes service notes documenting care provided.
• Communicates with supervisor about changes in condition.

Education
