Advantage Senior Care is seeking a Personal Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will help seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life through hygiene support, light housekeeping, meals, errands, and companionship.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable, with the ability to follow health and safety guidelines and lift heavy objects as needed. Training is provided to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver or home health aide is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and basic exercises.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Dispense medication.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with errands and shopping.
