Job summary

Victorian Senior Care in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant or Personal Care Aide to assist residents with daily living activities according to the care plan. The role includes helping with toileting, bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene, while maintaining dignity and safety.

Candidates must have or obtain CNA or PC Aide certification within 6 months, be 18+, pass TB tests, and have clean state records.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain CNA or Personal Care Aide Certificate (80-Hour) with Personal Care Aide Training within 6-Months of hire.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and follow directions.
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to Lift, Push, Pull and Carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to Bend, Stoop, Squat, and reach overhead as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have no substantiated findings on the NC Personnel Registry or Health Care Program and maintain during employment.
• Must have a clear SBI record and maintain during period of employment.
• Must have two-step tuberculin skin test (first test prior to hire and second test within two weeks of first test).

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities per Care Plan.
• Assist residents with toileting, ambulation, bathing, dressing.
• Respond to calls and assist with mealtime and snacks.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain confidentiality and document changes in condition.

Education

C.N.A. or Personal Care Aide Certificate (80-Hour)
