Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital seeks a Patient Care Partner (Per Diem) to join a collaborative healthcare team. You will support RN/LPN staff in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and recovery while delivering compassionate, hands-on care across age groups.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, safety, and teamwork within a hospital setting, with flexible per diem scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of CNA training program or current enrollment in an accredited nursing program with Fundamentals of Nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and oral hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, positioning, and ROM exercises.
• Record and report vital signs, intake/output, and ADLs.
• Collect samples and assist with basic procedures as delegated by nursing staff.
• Respond to patient calls and participate in hourly rounding to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
