Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for per diem roles across the SouthCoast, including Mansfield, Taunton, and Fall River. You’ll support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings, helping with daily activities and maintaining structured routines.

Pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour with no experience required. On-the-job paid training and opportunities for career advancement are offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Be compassionate and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily living activities and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care and accompany individuals on community outings.
• Assist with medical appointments and medication distribution.
