Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a formal nursing assistant educational program or certification.
• Currently enrolled in a BSN degree with one clinical rotation completed at hire.
• One (1) year of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection and documentation of patient/family data.
• Take and document vital signs and alert RN of abnormal findings.
• Provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with the RN and patient/family.
• Collaborate with multiple RNs to prioritize workload based on patient/family needs.
• Support development and modification of the plan of care with the RN.
