About U Inc is seeking a compassionate PCA/Homemaker to join our Minnesota team. You will provide care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping with daily living activities and household tasks. You will log hours using our Electronic Verification Visit App and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a respectful manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a respectful and compassionate manner.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as transferring, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with tasks including laundry, cleaning around the house, and preparing meals.
• Log hours and services using the Electronic Verification Visit App.
