Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassionate and dedicated care for individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a respectful and compassionate manner.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living including transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
• Log hours and services using the Electronic Verification Visit App.
