Job summary

Nashua Post Acute is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support our nursing team and provide compassionate care to residents in Nashua, NH. The role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN shifts with an all-inclusive pay structure.

Responsibilities include assisting with resident care, bed-making, ensuring accessibility of call bells, serving meals, and engaging residents in activities. CNA certification preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA License in the state or eligibility to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed nursing staff in providing quality resident care.
• Assist with bed-making and tidying resident rooms.
• Ensure call bells and bed controls are within residents’ reach.
• Serve drinks, snacks, and meals as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities.
• Answer phones and assist the nursing team with daily tasks.

Education
