Job summary

Attend Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCA) to support clients in their own homes in Concord, NH. Join a fast-growing team focused on delivering high-quality, person-centered care with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and emotional support, while documenting care and following individualized plans to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Caregiver experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning for safety and comfort.
• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition to the care team.
• Follow care plans and ensure client safety at all times.
• Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state guidelines).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
