Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents in a warm, home-like environment at Willow Springs in Spring Hill, TN. The role offers 1st and 2nd shifts with full and part-time employment options and involves direct daily living assistance and teamwork with caregivers and nursing staff.

You will help residents with ADLs, ensure safety, document care, and participate in activities that promote wellbeing and connection.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe for signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Accurately document resident care, activities, and changes as required.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and fellow caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
