Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing and dressing.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while maintaining dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe changes in condition.
• Document resident care and changes accurately.
• Communicate with nursing staff and caregivers about resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities to promote wellbeing.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
