Job summary

Logan Square Enhanced Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support licensed care staff in delivering compassionate, resident-focused care. The role emphasizes daily living activities, safety, and meaningful interaction within a warm, home-like setting.

We offer Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with Daily Pay. A PA CNA certification is required, and the team prioritizes dignity, respect, and Excellence in care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pennsylvania CNA certification/license required.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed and certified staff in providing quality resident care and support.
• Make beds and maintain tidy, organized resident rooms.
• Ensure call bells, bed controls, and essential items are within the resident's reach.
• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being and engagement.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas as assigned.
• Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to enhance their daily living experience.
