Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities in a warm, home-like community. You will work with a dedicated team of caregivers and nursing staff to enhance safety, comfort, and connection for seniors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Accurately document resident care and changes as required.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and fellow caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Maintain resident privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
