Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents’ daily living in a warm, home-like environment. You will be part of a caring team delivering physical and emotional support, helping residents feel safe and respected.

You’ll work with nursing staff to deliver individualized care, monitor safety, and document changes while maintaining privacy and a welcoming setting.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus; training available.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity
• Monitor resident safety and observe signs of distress or changes in condition
• Document resident care, activities, and changes accurately
• Communicate with nursing staff and fellow caregivers regarding resident needs
• Engage residents in activities promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Maintain resident privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming living environment
