Americare Senior Living is hiring a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents' daily living in a home-like setting. You will work with a caring team to provide physical and emotional assistance, promoting safety and comfort for seniors.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented and eager to grow within a supportive culture that values work‑life balance and meaningful resident interaction.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe for signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Accurately document resident care and changes as required.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and fellow caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
