Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) for a part-time role in Paris, TN. You’ll support residents’ daily living activities and wellbeing in a warm, home-like setting, with a 2nd shift schedule and pay range of $13.25 to $13.50 per hour.

You’ll work alongside a team of caregivers and nurses to deliver respectful, patient-centered care, documentation, and safety. This is a meaningful role with growth opportunities and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe for signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Accurately document resident care, activities, and changes as required.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and fellow caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
