Interim HealthCare of Newnan, GA is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver to support seniors at home in Sharpsburg, GA. You’ll provide personal care and assist with daily activities to help clients live safely and comfortably.

This role features 1:1 client ratios, the option to set your own schedule for work-life balance, and opportunities to grow through online training and CEUs. CPR/First Aid and a TB test within 12 months are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; active GA Personal Care Aide certificate (Interim can assist with certificate).
• 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Hands-on CPR and First Aid certification and a current TB screening within 12 months.
• Valid GA driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and helpful nature, good communicator, able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition; notify supervisor of concerns.
