Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of personal care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, promoting dignity, independence and choice.
• Assist with ADLs, take vital signs/weights, document care and observations.
• Assist residents to dining room and during activities; provide meal support.
• Respond to assistance pages promptly and document incidents as required.
• Maintain safety, infection control practices, and assist with housekeeping duties.
