Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Personal Care Assistant/Caregiver for Oakleaf Village Columbus, OH. The 2nd shift is 3pm–11pm on a part-time schedule with a base rate of $16/hour and shift differential, plus weekend pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification; Nurse Aide certification is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist residents with hygiene, grooming, bathing, and toileting.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address needs.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and events.
• Help residents move between activities, dining, and community spaces.
• Support safe handling through lifting, turning, and repositioning as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
