Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking a Transportation Aide and Patient Lift Team Member to assist with transportation and patient handling under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will work individually or in a small team to support patient care and safety.

The role requires healthcare experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Formación

• Healthcare experience as Transporter, CNA, Patient Support Tech, EMT, etc.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Ability to think critically, multitask, and work under pressure.
• Understanding of patient-focused care.
• Strong relationship skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Performs and assists with transportation and/or patient lifts and other patient handling maneuvers, as delegated by the Manager or Director, in collaboration with a Registered Nurse.
• Works individually or in a team of at least two to accomplish tasks.
