Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid Training required/preferred.
• Valid driver's license for the heaviest vehicle class to be driven.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior transportation experience required.
• Must be 25 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operates transportation vehicles in a safe manner and complies with all traffic laws.
• Maintains appearance of vehicle; promptly reports maintenance needs to supervisor/designee.
• Performs daily and weekly vehicle inspections.
• Lifts and transfers patients appropriately; uses safety equipment.
• Performs CPR and/or handles patient emergencies.
