Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated patient transport/valet staff member based in Charlotte, NC. You will greet patients and visitors on arrival, assist with luggage and in/out of vehicles, and process valet tickets.

The role involves safely parking vehicles and guiding patients to the correct locations within the facility. You will also educate patients about support services, operate vehicles for transport, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• BLS certification within 6 months.
• 2 years' experience in hospital, hotel, restaurant or customer oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients/visitors on arrival.
• Assist with luggage and in/out vehicle.
• Process valet claim tickets and safely valet park.
• Directs patients to parking areas and coordinates mobility within facility.
• Provide education to patients/visitors about support services.
• Operate vehicle for transport of passengers, equipment and materials and ensure safety.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and report defective equipment.
• Attend required trainings and adhere to policies.
