Job summary

Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and deliver healthy meals, and to communicate dietary needs to dietitians. You will assist in food prep, serving, and maintaining sanitation throughout shifts, while delivering courteous service to residents.

The role requires a high school diploma and a current Food Handler’s Permit; ServSafe training is a plus. Benefits include insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma; Food Handler's Permit required.
• ServSafe training is beneficial.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service.
• Deliver dishes, trays, and designated times/rooms.
• Assist in dining area setup/cleaning with attention to cleanliness.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and safety regulations.
• Provide customer service and hospitality during nutrition delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow policies.
