Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) for the Willow Creek location in Johnson, AR. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and help ensure accurate, timely service with proper food temperatures.

We offer a $17.00 per hour fixed pay rate, a defined full-time schedule, and opportunities to work within a caring team focused on nutrition, safety, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays on time.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain sanitation of work stations.
• Coordinate with dietitians and nursing staff to monitor patient needs and preferences.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
