Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Dining Associate/Dietary Aide for a full-time shift at the Brockton Behavioral Health Center in Brockton, MA. You will assist on patient meal services, help patients with menu selections, and ensure meals meet nutritional requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements or restrictions.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies and cultural preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays on time.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Assist dietitians and monitor patients on special diets as needed.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports per Morrison Healthcare policies.
