Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Clarksville, TN is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital. Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu options and coordinate with nursing for dietary needs.
• Assemble meals and deliver trays on time according to orders.
• Maintain sanitation and HACCP guidelines during tray line.
• Document tray tickets and assist dietitians as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and health regulations.
