Job summary

R1 RCM is seeking a on-site Customer Service Representative (PRN) for Intermountain St George Regional Hospital. You will help patients check in, answer questions, and collect information with accuracy and empathy.

The role requires rapid data entry, comfort with hospital processes, and the ability to manage multiple programs while remaining compassionate and efficient. Training is provided; vaccination and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service experience is required.
• Ability to multi-task and type quickly while using multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients checking into the hospital.
• Answer phones and collect information to input into registration systems.
• Input data accurately across multiple screens and programs.
• Provide compassionate, clear communication to ease patient anxiety and questions.
