Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PCT or CNA training completed.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under RN/LPN supervision and assist with activities of daily living.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and bathing.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and ensure comfort.
• Observe skin integrity and help with positioning to prevent breakdown.
