Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assists the nursing staff with the daily routine and functions of the nursing unit.
• Conduct hourly rounds on assigned patients and report observations.
• Performs clerical duties related to unit coordination and patient care.
• Updates bed status board, tracks work orders, and notifies physician consults.
• Assists in admission process and collects patient information.
• Focus on patient safety through fall and restraint reduction.
