Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with ambulating and mobilization of patients and recording vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respirations, O2 sat).
• Performs basic care tasks including hygiene, helping with meals, toileting, and linen changes.
• Maintains documentation and uses electronic health records.
• Receives calls and acts as department receptionist; supports supply/inventory management.
