Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Basic Life Support certification (BLS) or attainment during training.
• Implements compassionate patient care with clear communication.
• Ability to manage a high workload and multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Reading and performing basic math for patient data and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside clinical assistance to the RN and monitor patient status.
• Assist with meals, mobility, baths, linens, and comfort measures.
• Report abnormalities and changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
