Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA experience may substitute.
• Current CMA/CNA/PCT certification as listed.
• Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers required.
• Crisis prevention training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under RN supervision.
• Record vitals and assist with ADLs, phlebotomy, and EKGs.
• Prepare patient rooms, chart in EMR, and stock supplies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient care.
