Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- State nurse's aide certification where services will be performed.
Responsibilities
- Observes and reports patient concerns to Nursing Staff immediately.
- Assists Nursing Staff with admissions, transfers, discharges, and general care.
- Records vital signs and assists with hygiene and comfort measures.
- Assists with specimen collection and maintains a clean, safe environment.
- Relays messages and supports department operations.
