Responsibilities

• Provides care under direct supervision of a nurse.
• Performs and records delegated nursing care procedures.
• Observes patients and reports changes to nursing personnel.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Transfers/transports medications as needed.
• Promptly responds to call lights and relays information.
