Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an accredited CNA program with active Illinois CNA Registry listing or nursing student with at least one clinical rotation (verification required).
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and nutritional needs per the care plan.
• Perform hourly rounding in collaboration with the clinical RN.
• Obtain and document patient care data as directed by the RN.
• Support patient ambulation and positioning according to the care plan.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

CNA program completed with active IL CNA Registry listing or nursing student with clinical rotation

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
