Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care including bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and specimen collection.
• Assist in transfers using proper body mechanics and safety techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient room and bed.
• Respond to patient and family calls and requests promptly.
• Document charges to individual patients using hospital systems.
