Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two weeks of training available for those with limited experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides and documents direct patient care (ADLs, vital signs, ambulation).
• Performs specimen collection, I&O, meals, height/weight, glucose testing.
• Transports patients and documents O2 and mobilization protocols.
• Assists with exams, treatments and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and reports changes to RN.
