Responsibilities

• Supports patients with meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and catheter care.
• Assists with positioning and mobility devices and uses walkers or wheelchairs as needed.
• Performs basic monitoring and documentation of results, reporting to the care team.
• Maintains infection control practices and PPE use; participates in improvement initiatives.
