Community Health Systems, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for part-time day shifts to support nurses with basic care, vital signs, and patient comfort.

You will assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and data collection, under RN/LPN supervision. In a fast-paced acute care environment, you’ll follow safety protocols, maintain a clean, safe unit, and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in acute care setting or nursing program preferred.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required.
• CNA preferred or in CNA training.

Responsabilités

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Record vital signs and intake/output, report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Help with meals, bathing, grooming, linen changes, and mobility support.
