Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS required.
• One year of direct patient care experience.
• Nursing assistant training or CNA license or nursing program enrollment with 2 clinical rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and observation under RN/LPN supervision.
• Clean patient rooms and operate clinical equipment.
• Assist with emergencies and procedures and collect specimens.
• Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety and document appropriately.
• Record patient intake and output and communicate with the care team.
