Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• One year of direct patient care experience or CNA training/GA CNA license.
• Current enrollment in a nursing program with 2 clinical rotations acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care and observation duties under RN/LPN direction.
• Communicate with patients, families and care team.
• Maintain hospital/unit competencies and promote a healing environment.
• Assist in emergencies and provide routine hygiene and comfort.
• Support with equipment, patient transfers, and documentation.
