Job summary

Avem Health Partners is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Oklahoma to support patient care under nursing supervision. You will assist with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, clean environment for patients across age groups.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, Oklahoma CNA certification, and current BLS. One year of clinical experience is preferred. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Current Oklahoma CNA certification.
• Current BLS certification or obtain within 30 days.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing and mobility.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and report concerns.
